摘要 新能源汽车空调系统的核心部件——电动压缩机与电子膨胀阀(EXV)的控制是整车热管理控制的核心。本文以一种市场普遍应用的新能源汽车热管理架构为例,针对单电池包制冷、乘员舱与电池包同时制冷两种工况,结合环境舱台架试验数据,研究电动压缩机与EXV的匹配控制策略,并通过实车路试数据对控制策略进行验证。 The control of electric compressor and electronic expansion valve(EXV),the core components of new energy vehicle air conditioning system,is the core of the vehicle thermal management control.In this paper,a new energy vehicle thermal management architecture widely used in the market is taken as an example to study the matching control strategy between the electric compressor and EXV based on the single battery pack refrigeration and the passenger cabin and the battery pack refrigeration at the same time,combined with the environmental warehouse bench test data,and the control strategy is verified through the actual vehicle road test data.
