摘要
目前许多变速器都采用了永磁无刷直流电机(BLDC)进行换挡及离合器的控制,通过BLDC电机的霍尔传感器信号可以间接计算出离合器或同步器的位置,因此可以省去位置传感器的使用。这样对于霍尔传感器信号故障的诊断就显得尤为重要,不仅需要保证可靠地检测出故障,还需要在确保安全、有效保护硬件的情况下尽量满足驾驶需求。本文介绍一种并联式混动变速器中对于BLDC电机霍尔传感器故障的诊断机制及保护机制。
At present,many gearboxes use a permanent magnet brushless DC motor(BLDC)for shifting and clutch control.Through the hall sensor signal of BLDC motor,the position of clutch or synchronizer can be calculated indirectly,so the position sensor can be omitted.This is especially important for the diagnosis of hall signal faults.Not only must the fault be reliably detected,but also the driving needs must be met as far as possible while ensuring safety and effectively protecting the hardware.This paper introduces a diagnosis mechanism and protection mechanism of BLDC motor hall faults in a parallel hybrid transmission.
