零部件芯片国产化问题分析整改

摘要 整车检验过程中出现MMI(车载信息娱乐主机)开不了机,大屏没有显示。通过分析排除软件问题,对硬件电路逐一进行排查测量,发现是由于更换芯片引起悬浮电压过高导致CPU无法正常启动。经过对芯片特性、电路进行排查分析,对PCB板修改进行问题规避。结果表明,国产化芯片与进口芯片存在一定的差异,国产化芯片替换是导致车载信息娱乐主机开不了机的主要原因,通过对MMI电路修改,解决车机黑屏问题,从而提高客户对整车的体验感。 There is no display during vehicle inspection,and MMI cannot be started.By analyzing and eliminating the software problems,it was found that the CPU could not start normally through checked and measured the hardware thoroughly,suspension voltage was too high due to the replacement of the chip is the reason.After checking and analyzing the characteristic of the chip and circuit,we can be avoided by modifying the PCB.The results show that there are some differences between localization chips and imported chips.The replacement of localization chip is the main reason why the MMI can't start.The problem of none display of the vehicle can be solved by modifying the MMI circuit,while improving the customer's driving feeling of the whole vehicle.
