摘要 食品质量安全检测与监督工作关系到国民的饮食安全与人身健康,因此相关部门必须不断完善食品质量安全检测体系,制定严格完善的食品安全质量标准,做好出厂前的检测工作,特别是对食品检测流程中重点环节的检测和分析。从人才、技术、设备等多个方面提高食品安全检测水平,才能真正推动我国食品安全事业的进步与发展,保障我国国民的饮食安全。本文对食品检测流程中的重点环节进行分析,并提出相应的策略,以期为食品安全提供一份保障。 Food quality and safety inspection and supervision is related to national food safety and personal health.Therefore,relevant departments must constantly improve the food quality and safety inspection system,formulate strict and perfect food safety and quality standards,and do a good job in the inspection before leaving the factory,especially the key links in the food inspection process.Only by improving the level of food safety testing from the aspects of talents,technology and equipment can really promote the progress and development of China’s food safety and ensure the food safety of our people.The key links in the food testing process was analyzed,and the corresponding strategies were put forward in this paper,aiming to provide a guarantee for food safety.
