With the advancement of science and technology,many new technologies have been widely used in tea,making tea break through the concept of traditional beverages.Tea production has changed from simple agricultural and sideline product processing to modern new food industry,and the development of tea deep processing to health food has become an inevitable trend of tea development.This paper focuses on the analysis of the processing technology of tea health food,in order to effectively promote the deep processing of tea,and then promote the efficient development of the tea industry.
