摘要
白酒企业标准化工作是持续追求白酒最佳品质、提升经济效益过程中不可或缺的一环。酒鬼酒股份有限公司(简称“酒鬼酒”)以“馥郁香”纳入国家标准为契机,将企业标准化工作贯穿于整个生产过程,通过优化标准制度,规范制造工艺,助力解决企业存在的现实问题或潜在问题。本文介绍了国内白酒生产规范及相关标准,运用SWOT分析法列举酒鬼酒为推进标准化生产所做的工作,指出标准化工作原则及推进措施,并总结了工作实施效果。
The standardization of Chinese baijiu enterprises is an indispensable link in the continuous pursuit of the best quality of Chinese baijiu and the promotion of economic benefits.Jiugui Liquor Co.,Ltd.took the opportunity of bringing“Fragrance”into the National Standard,and put enterprise standardization throughout the whole production process.By optimizing the standard system,standardize the manufacturing process to help solve the actual or potential problems in the enterprise.This paper introduces the domestic Chinese baijiu production norms and related standards,lists the work done by Jiugui Liquor Co.,Ltd.to promote the standardized production with SWOT analysis,points out the working principles and Measures of standardization,and summarized the work implementation effect.
