食品检验检测中存在的问题分析及应对措施

Analysis and Countermeasures of Problems in Food Inspection and Testing

随着我国社会经济的快速发展,人们的饮食变得丰富多样,食品的种类越来越多,食品安全问题也受到社会的广泛关注。为加强对食品安全生产的规范与管理,相关部门制定了很多食品安全相关法律法规。本文分析了食品检验检测中存在的问题并提出应对措施,以促进食品检验检测的进一步发展。

With the rapid development of China’s society economy,people’s diet has become richer and more diverse,and there are more and more kinds of food.The problem of food safety has been widely concerned by the society.In order to strengthen the standardization and management of food safety production,relevant departments have formulated many laws and regulations related to food safety.This paper analyzes the problems existing in food inspection and testing,and puts forward countermeasures to promote the further development of food inspection and testing.
