Analysis of Terpenoids in Different Parts of Panax notoginseng

摘要 采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法对三七的根、茎、叶和果实进行化学成分分析,并通过代谢组学的方法筛选出不同部位的差异代谢物,为提高三七的利用率和精深加工提供基础。结果表明,三七的根、茎、叶和果实共有差异代谢物5种,分别为人参皂苷Rg2、Vina-人参皂苷R1、三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Ro及人参皂苷Rc;三七叶片与根相比,差异代谢物共有31种,上调15种、下调16种,显著下调的包括11-酮基-熊果酸27,28-二羧基熊果酸、京尼平-1-O-(2''-O-芹糖基)葡萄糖苷、人参皂苷K、人参皂苷Rh2、人参皂苷Rf1、三七皂苷T2、人参皂苷Rk1、三七皂苷Ft1和三七皂苷Fd。地上三七中萜类成分含量丰富,具有较高的开发利用价值和市场潜力。 The chemical composition of Panax notoginseng root,stem,leaf and fruit was analyzed by ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry and screened by metabolomics to identify the differential metabolites in different parts,which provided a basis for improving the utilization and deep processing of Panax notoginseng.The results showed that there were five differential metabolites in Panax notoginseng roots,stems,leaves and fruits,namely ginsenoside Rg2,Vina-ginsenoside R1,Panax notoginseng saponin R1,ginsenoside Ro and ginsenoside Rc;there were 31 differential metabolites in Panax notoginseng leaves compared with roots,with 15 up-regulated and 16 down-regulated,significantly down-regulated including 11-keto-ursolic acid 27,28-dicarboxyursolic acid,Kyonipin-1-O-(2''-O-apigenin)glucoside,ginsenoside K,ginsenoside Rh2,ginsenoside Rf1,panaxoside T2,ginsenoside Rk1,panaxoside Ft1,panaxoside Fd.The terpene content of above-ground Panax notoginseng is rich in terpene components with high exploitation value and market potential.
