摘要
基于有限元方法分析了汽轮机横置静叶的安全性。为了得到更为精确的仿真计算结果,引入横置静叶-汽缸联合模型进行计算。分析中包含热-流-固耦合分析,并考虑结构高温蠕变-塑变影响,建立了准确、高效的横置静叶安全性分析方法,为后续横置静叶安全性评估提供了有价值的参考。
Using finite element method simulation,a safety analysis on the horizontal stator blades of a steam turbine was carried out.To obtain a calculation result with high precision and reliability,the compound model combining horizontal stator blades and inner casing were introduced.With the consideration of thermo-fluid-structure coupling and high temperature creep-elastic equivalent strain,an efficient and effective safety assessment method was established,which can provide significant references for further safety assessment on horizontal stator blades.
