汽轮机主汽门锚固板配钻销孔工艺分析

摘要 某核电厂常规岛汽轮机高压主汽门采用高压主汽联合调节汽门,供货时已完成圆柱形定位销和上部销孔的加工,且上部销孔已加工到最终尺寸,需要配钻下部锚固板销孔。现场在进行加工工艺分析的基础上,克服上部销孔无加工余量、配钻销孔无错边调整的情况,通过制作各种规格的定心套,定位上部中心后配钻锚固板上圆柱形定位销孔,以制造厂家已配钻好的支座销孔为基准,在不对支座销孔进行扩孔的条件下,使用机械配钻完成了锚固板的钻孔和铰孔的工作。该加工工艺能保证销孔的光洁度,减少劳动强度,加快施工进度,保证人身和设备安全,且没有出现上下销孔不同心现象。该加工工艺可为国内同类配钻销孔工艺提供借鉴。 High-pressure main steam combined regulating valve was adopted in steam turbine in a nuclear power plant.With the cylindrical dowel pin and the upper pin holes already machined in the factory and the upper part pin holes machined to final size,the anchor plate pin holes need to be bored on site.Based on the boring process analysis,the difficulties of no machining allowance of the upper pin holes and no adjustment of cross section were overcome.Through various centralizing sleeves,the cylindrical dowel pin holes were aligned,and based on the already bored pin holes,the boring process of anchor plate was carried out using mechanical drilling without enlarging the pin holes.The boring process can ensure the hole smoothness,reduce the labor strength,speed up the construction progress,ensure the personal security and equipment safety and ensure the matching alignment.The research results can provide reference for similar boring process of pin holes in domestic construction projects.
