982例过敏患者过敏原检测结果分析

Analysis of allergen detection results in 982 allergic patients

目的了解过敏性疾病的常见过敏原,探讨体外过敏原检测的应用价值。方法采用浙大迪迅生物基因工程有限公司的免疫印迹试验系统检测血清中的特异性Ig E抗体。结果有67.2%(660/982)患者检测到阳性结果,以屋尘螨/粉尘螨最高(460例,46.8%),其次是矮豚草、混合草、牛奶、鸡蛋白、树花粉组合、葎草、猫毛皮屑、菠萝等。吸入性过敏原以屋尘螨/粉尘螨最高。各过敏原之间的分布差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5471,P<0.01)。对1种过敏原呈阳性反应的有316例(32.2%),2种过敏原呈阳性反应的有202例(20.6%),8种的有10例(1.0%)。结论生活中过敏原广泛存在,体外检测免疫印迹法在临床上有较高的实用性,可更安全地检测出多种过敏原。简便易行,值得推广。

Objective To understand the common allergens of allergic diseases and explore the application value of in vitro allergen detection.Methods The immunoblotting test system of Zhejiang University Dixun Bio-Gene Engineering Co.,Ltd.was used to detect specific Ig E antibodies in serum.Results 67.2%(660/982)patients had positive results,with house dust mites/dust mites the highest(460 cases,46.8%),followed by dwarf ragweed,mixed grass,milk,egg white,tree pollen combination,and humulus grass,cat dander,pineapple,etc.House dust mites/dust mites are the highest among inhalation allergens.The distribution difference among allergens was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5471,P<0.01).316 cases(32.2%)were positive for 1 allergen,202 cases(20.6%)were positive for 2 allergens,and 10 cases(1.0%)were detected in 8 kinds.Conclusion Allergens are widespread in life,and the in vitro Western blotting method has high clinical practicability,and it can detect a variety of allergens more safely.It’s simple and easy to use,and it’s worth promoting.
