宁波市北仑区市售贝类海产品中创伤弧菌污染监测结果分析

Monitoring and analysis of Vibrio vulnificus infection in shellfish from markets in Beilun District,Ningbo City

目的了解创伤弧菌在北仑区市售贝类海产品中的污染情况及规律,为日后对其开展监测和防控提供依据。方法宁波市北仑区疾病预防控制中心于2016年、2019年、2020年共采集400份样品,根据《国家食品污染和有害因素风险监测工作手册》对创伤弧菌进行定性检测。结果贝类海产品中,创伤弧菌阳性样品多为帘蛤目和列齿目,其中血蚶的检出率最高(22.73%);创伤弧菌在7月、8月的检出率高于9月、10月。结论宁波市北仑区市售贝类海产品中,创伤弧菌污染存在种间差异,帘蛤目和列齿目贝类受污染的风险相对更高,且在7月、8月污染发生最为严重。日后开展监测和监管工作时,需对创伤弧菌高风险产品及高发生时期重点关注,并采取更具针对性的措施加以防控。

Objective To investigate the status and regularity of commercial shellfish infection with Vibrio vulnificus in Beilun District,and provide evidence for its future monitoring and control.Methods According to National Manual for Monitoring the Risk of Food Contamination and Safety Factors,a qualitative detection of V.vulnificus was conducted for totally 400 samples which were collected by Beilun District Center for Disease Control and Prevention in 2016,2019,and 2020.Results Shellfish infected with V.vulnificus were mainly belong to Veneroida and Taxodonta,among which blood clam showed the highest detection rate(22.73%).Detection rate of V.vulnificus in July and August was higher than that in September and October.Conclusion V.vulnificus infection shows interspecific differences in commercial shellfish in Beilun District,Veneroida and Taxodonta shellfish therein have higher infection risk,and it happened most serious in July and August.In future monitoring and supervision work,it is necessary to pay more attention to high-risk products and high incidence period of V.vulnificus infection;Meanwhile,several specific measures should be taken to control it.
