创新驱动的中国制造转型升级路径研究

Research on innovation-driven transformation and upgrading path of China’s manufacturing

制造业是国民经济的主体,是立国之本、兴国之道、强国之基。没有强大的制造业就没有国家和民族的强盛。制造业对国民经济其他产业的发展具有重要乘数作用。文中从中国制造业存在的问题出发,结合天津制造业的基本情况,设计了创新驱动的中国制造转型升级路径及实现方法。路径从3个角度展开设计,分别是技术创新、制度创新和管理创新,三者相辅相成,是中国制造业转型升级不可或缺的三座基石。

The manufacturing industry is the main body of the national economy,the foundation of building a country,the way to rejuvenate the country,and the foundation of a strong country.Without a strong manufacturing industry,there would be no country and nation prosperous.The manufacturing industry has an important multiplier effect on the development of other industries in the national economy.In this article,with the focus on the problems in China’s manufacturing industry,the innovation-driven transformation and upgrading path and implementation methods of China’s manufacturing industry are proposed based on the basic situation of Tianjin’s manufacturing industry.This path is designed from three perspectives,namely technological innovation,institutional innovation and management innovation;the three aspects complement each other.They are the three indispensable boulders for transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry.
