摘要
产品生产制造规格的不断增加,导致零件品种繁多,带来了生产和后续新产品开发的困难,采用模块化设计思想,对现有零件进行科学有效地模块划分和再设计,可以有效解决这一问题。文中将产品分别从结构层面、功能层面、数据表示层面进行了模块划分;建立了两零件间的特征相似等级评价体系,得到了部件间的各层面相关性矩阵;给各层面配比对应的权重,得出两部件间的综合强度关系;制定了标准模块的评判原则,对相近模块对比分析之后,对标准模块进行设计,从而形成标准模块;最后,以自动缝边设备为例,对模块化设计方法进行验证。研究结果表明,该模块化设计方法很好地精简了模块数量,在一定程度上减少了设备研发和生产的成本,提高了新产品开发的设计效率。
With the increasing production and manufacturing specifications,parts are various,which has brought difficulties in the production and subsequent development of new products.In this article,with the ideas of modular design,scientific and effective module division and redesign of existing parts can effectively solve this problem.The products are divided into modules at the structural level,functional level and data representation level.The feature-similarity evaluation system between the two components is set up,and the correlation matrix of each level between components is worked out.The weights corresponding to each level are matched.The comprehensive strength relationship between the two components is identified;the evaluation principle of the standard module is established.After comparing and analyzing the similar modules,the module is designed to form a standard module.Finally,with the automatic seaming equipment as the example,the method of modular design is verified.These results show that thanks to the method of modular design,the number of modules greatly simplifies,the cost of equipment development and production reduces to some extent,and design efficiency of new product development improves.
