摘要 内部残余应力对于精密惯导零部件、航空发动机叶片、小应力预拉伸铝板等的质量和寿命有极其巨大的影响。用X射线对工件残余应力进行检测时,存在检测点很难精准定位的问题。在复杂零件有多个检测点时,需要将工件表面离散生成点云库,提取其工件表面各点的位置信息。文中提出了一种位置与方向变换算法对不同监测点的位置进行变换,并进行定位和检测。在64位Win7系统的运行环境下,利用QT和PCL点云库,再利用研华PCI1240运动控制卡,完成了对于检测点的自动精准定位,定位精度在0.02 mm以内。 Internal residual stress has great influence on the quality and life of precision inertial navigation components,aero-engine blades,small stress pre-stretched aluminum plate,and so on.When the residual stress of workpiece is detected by X-ray,it is difficult to locate the detection point accurately.When there are multiple detection points in complex parts,it is necessary to generate point cloud database on workpiece surface discretely.Efforts are made to extract the position information of each point on the surface of workpiece,and propose a position and direction transformation algorithm to transform the position of different monitoring points.Then,efforts are made to locate and detect.Finally,in the operating environment of 64 bit Win7 system,by means of QT and PCL point cloud library,and with the help of the Advantech PCI1240 motion control card,automatic precise positioning of the detection point is completed,and positioning accuracy is within 0.02 mm.
