摘要
生活水箱是二次加压供水系统的储水设施。为满足进、出水安装要求,水箱中存在一定的容积无法被有效利用,包括最高水位以上及最低水位以下的容积,这部分容积称为无效容积。此部分容积增加了水箱的制造、运输、安装成本,给工程设计、施工增加了困难,还增加了水质二次污染的风险,造成了水资源浪费,设计中应尽量减小无效容积。提出几种不同的水箱出水方式,通过计算、对比各出水方式的无效容积占比,得出各方式的节水效果,并总结了各出水方式对水箱本体结构的影响。这几种出水方式能够在一定场合、一定程度上减少水箱最低水位以下的无效容积,达到节水节能的目的,以期为广大业内外人士解决此类问题提供思路。
Domestic water tank is part of the secondary pressurized water supply system.Invalid volume due to the installation requirements cannot be utilized.It consists of the volume above the highest water level and the volume under the lowest water level.The cost of manufacturing,transporting and installation are raised,the design and installation are more difficult,and the risk of secondary pollution is increased,all due to the invalid volume which should be reduced as much as it can be.Several ways of outlet are proposed,water saving effect are shown by calculation and comparison.The influence on water tank structure by the ways of water outlet changes is also proposed.The ideas can be used as ways of saving water in certain situation to a certain extent aiming at saving water in the hope of providing some ideas for people both in and out of water business.
