均衡化生产在工程机械涂装线的应用

涂装线在汽车制造和工程机械制造工艺中是连接焊接线和总装线的枢纽,也是给产品提供漂亮外观效果的一个工序。涂装线设备较多,因此能耗也较大,约在整个工艺中占比55%,尤其是环保要求越来越严,涂装线工艺改进采用了水性漆或废气处理设备,在原有基础上又增加了一部分能耗,因此涂装线的均衡化生产显得更为重要。

In the automobile manufacturing and construction machinery manufacturing process,the painting line is the junction of the welding line and the final assembly line,It is also a process to provide a beautiful appearance to the product.Energy consumption is larger because of more equipment in the painting line,which occupies for about 55% in the whole process.Especially,water-based paint or waste gas treatment equipment is used based on the environmental protection requirements are getting stricter and process improvement of painting line,which has increased part of the energy consumption on the original basis.Therefore,the equalization production of coating line is more important.
