影响中国台湾同胞申办中国台湾居民居住证意愿的因素研究

A Study on the Factors Influencing Taiwan Compatriots,Willingness to Apply for Residence Permit of Taiwan Residents

制发台湾地区居民居住证,是便民、利民,落实台胞同等待遇的重要措施。然而,中国台湾居民居住证的实际应用状况如何,是值得研究的问题。本研究对中国台湾居民居住证的适用状况展开调研,利用访谈、问卷调查与层次分析法分析出台胞对申办中国台湾居民居住证的态度,以及影响台胞申办中国台湾居民居住证的关键因素,进而在此基础上指出存在的问题并提出对策建议,期能提供涉台相关单位参考。

The introduction of Taiwan resident’s residence permit is an important measure for the convenience and benefit of people and the implementation of equal treatment for Taiwan compatriots.However,the practical application of the residence permit is worth studying.This study investigates the application of Taiwan residents’residence permit,researches the attitude of Taiwan compatriots towards applying for residence permit through interviews and questionnaires,analyzes the key factors influencing Taiwan compatriots’applying for residence permit by using analytic hierarchy process,points out the existing problems and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,to provide reference for Taiwan-related units.
