鳗草WRKY基因家族的筛选与生物信息学分析

摘要 为全面了解鳗草基因组中WRKY基因家族信息,本文采用生物信息学手段,鉴定出44个ZmWRKYs基因,基因数目低于大多数陆生高等植物。系统发育分析表明,ZmWRKYs分为Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组3个类群,Ⅱ组可进一步划分为5个亚组(Ⅱa、Ⅱb、Ⅱc、Ⅱd和Ⅱe)。顺式作用元件分析表明,ZmWRKYs基因很可能受到激素、生物和非生物因素的调节。此外,转录组数据表明ZmWRKYs基因在不同器官中均有表达,且存在器官差异性表达,ZmWRKYs在根和营养枝中的表达量较高,在雌花和雄花中的表达量较低。因此,鳗草WRKY基因家族成员可能参与调节鳗草生长发育和激素诱导,并参与应答生物胁迫和非生物胁迫。 Zostera marina as a perennial angiosperm widely distributed in intertidal and subtidal zones,is an ideal species for studying the mechanism of higher plants adapting to complex marine environment.WRKY transcription factors are involved in a variety of physiological and biochemical processes in plants and play an important role in adaptation and resistance to environmental stress.In order to understand the WRKY gene family in the Z.marina,the bioinformatics was used to analyze the sequences characteristics.44 ZmWRKY genes were identified in this study,and the number of ZmWRKY genes were smaller than that in other angiosperms.Phylogenetic results showed that 44 ZmWRKY genes were divided into three major distinct groups(GroupsⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢ),and the GroupⅡcan be further divided into five sub-groups(Ⅱa,Ⅱb,Ⅱc,Ⅱd andⅡe).The cis-acting elements analysis indicated that the hormone,biological and abiotic factors were participating in gene regulation.In addition,transcriptome data showed that ZmWRKY genes were expressed in four different organs,and the expression were differences among different organs characterized by higher expression levels in root and vegetative tissues,while lower in female and male flowers.There fore,WRKY gene family members may be involved in the regulation of growth and development,hormone induction,and response to biological and abiotic stresses.
