罗伊适应模式联合动机性访谈心理干预在心绞痛患者中的应用

Application of Roy′s Adaptation Model Combined with Motivational Interview Psychological Intervention in Patients with Angina Pectoris

目的:探讨罗伊适应模式联合动机性访谈心理干预在心绞痛患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年11月1日~2020年11月30日收治的80例心绞痛患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组各40例,对照组实施动机访谈心理干预,研究组在对照组基础上实施罗伊适应模式;比较两组负性情绪[采用汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]、希望水平[采用中文版Herth希望量表(HHI)]、自我管理能力、治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果:研究组HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组(P<0.01),HHI中亲密关系、积极行动、人生态度均高于对照组(P<0.01),角色功能、情绪控制、症状管理、沟通能力评分均优于对照组(P<0.01),依从性评分高于对照组(P<0.01),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:在心绞痛患者中应用罗伊适应模式联合动机性访谈心理干预,可缓解患者负性情绪,提高其自我管理能力、对生活的希望及护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of psychological intervention by Roy adaptation model combined with motivational interview in patients with angina pectoris.Methods:A total of 80 patients with angina pectoris admitted during November 1,2019 to November 30,2020 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given psychological intervention of motivational interview,while the study group was given Roy adaptation model based on the control group.The negative emotions by Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),hope level by Herth hope scale(HHI),self-management ability,treatment compliance,and nursing satisfaction ub both groups were compared.Results:The HAMA and HAMD scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The intimacy,positive action and attitude towards life of HHI in the study group were higher than thpse in the control group(P<0.01).The role function,emotional control,symptom management and communication ability scores in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01).The compliance scores in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of Roy adaptation model combined with motivational interview psychological intervention in patients with angina pectoris can dredge their negative psychological emotions,enhance their confidence in rehabilitation,improve their own management ability,hope for life and their satisfaction with nursing.
