摘要
动力头作为大功率定向钻机的关键部件,承载扭矩和推进/起拔力的复合作用力,设计安全系数相当高,其中减速箱质量占其质量43.3%。首先从总体分析了动力头主要构成,减速箱采用铸造工艺制造,符合轻量化设计要求,然后采用Inventor软件进行三维建模,模拟减速箱工作受力进行固定约束和加载,分析变形和应力情况,得出箱体设计富余的部位,在材料允许范围内进行优化设计;再进行加载分析,得出减速箱尺寸最优值,达到轻量化设计的目的。
As a key component of high power directional drilling rig,the power head bears the combined force of torque and propulsion/lifting force.The design safety factor is quite high,and mass of reduction gearbox accounts for 43.3%.Firstly,analyzed the main composition of the power head as a whole.The reduction gearbox is manufactured by casting process,which meets the requirements of lightweight design.Then,the Inventor software was used for three-dimensional modeling to simulate the working force of the reduction gearbox,carried out fixed constraints and loading,analyzed the deformation and stress,obtained the surplus parts of the box design,and optimized the design within the allowable range of materials.Then the loading analysis was carried out to obtain the optimal size value of the reduction gearbox,so as to achieve the purpose of lightweight design.
