采掘设备控制保护单元智能检测仪的研制

Development of Intelligent Detector for Control and Protection Unit of Mining Equipment

介绍了采掘设备电气系统控制保护单元的功能及特点,针对传统检验工具的不足,设计研制了控制保护单元检测仪。实际应用结果表明:该控制保护单元检测仪降低了控制保护单元的检测难度,实现了控制保护单元的即产即测,提高了生产效率,节约了生产成本。

Introduced the functions and characteristics of the control and protection unit of the electrical system of mining equipment.Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional inspection tools,a control and protection unit detector was designed and developed.The actual application results show that the control and protection unit detector reduces the difficulty of detection of the control protection unit,realizes the immediate production and testing of the control protection unit,improves the production efficiency and saves the production cost.
