摘要 为了解决大倾角急倾斜智能化综采工作面液压支架等装备极易倾倒、下滑从而极大地影响采煤安全与效率等问题,提出液压支架中心距控制管理技术,分析大倾角急倾斜支架稳定性和安全控制技术,提出精准控制防倒防滑装置,实现液压中心距精准管理,有效防止架间漏矸及支架挤架、倒架等问题,解决大倾角急倾斜智能化综采存在的难题,为复杂地质条件煤层应用智能化控制技术奠定基础。 In order to solve the problems of large dip angle and steeply inclined intelligent fully mechanized mining face hydraulic support and other equipment are easy to dump and slide,which greatly affects the safety and efficiency of coal mining,put forward the hydraulic support center distance control and management technology,analysed the large dip angle and steeply inclined support stability and the safety control technology,proposed the precise control the anti-skid device,realized the precision management of hydraulic center distance,effectively prevented the problems of leakage between frame and gangue,and stent crowded supports,solved the problems existed in the intelligent fully mechanized mining with large dip angle and steeply inclined.It lays a foundation for the application of intelligent control technology in coal seam with complex geological conditions.
