摘要
为了简化综采工作面运顺巷超前支护段支护工艺,缩短顶板支护时间,减少反复支顶对顶板的破坏,提高顶板支护安全性,减少传统单体支护方式的作业风险,防止冲击地压与巷道冒顶复合灾害事故发生,通过受力分析设计一种结构简单、使用方便、安全可靠的两巷超前支护液压支架。
In order to simplify the support process of the advance support section of the transportation roadway in the fully mechanized mining face,shorten the roof support time,reduce the damage to the roof caused by repeated roof support,improve the safety of roof support,reduce the operation risk of the traditional single support mode,and prevent the occurrence of the compound disaster accident of rock burst and roadway roof fall,through stress analysis,a simple structure,easy to use,safe and reliable two roadways advance support hydraulic support was designed.
