The disassembly of the articulated shaft is an important part of the maintenance of the mining hydraulic support.There are many problems in the repair operation,such as the corrosion of the articulated shaft and the shaft hole cannot be disassembled,and the damage to the structural parts caused by the destructive disassembly,etc.,which brings difficulties to the follow-up operations process.By optimizing the repair and dismantling process tooling,the time occupation of the articulated shaft disassembly was reduced,the labor intensity of the operators was reduced,and the purpose of improving quality and efficiency was realized.
