New Structure Design of Line Changing Groove of Scraper Conveyor

刮板输送机是煤矿用综采系统中的重要设备,变线槽作为刮板输送机的头尾特殊联接段,主要作用是引导采煤机水平变角度和垂直抬高,因此变线槽的结构是影响刮板输送机以及综采系统使用寿命的重要因素之一。根据变线槽实际使用中损坏部位的分析,设计了一种新型变线槽结构。该槽体结构易于井下槽体的再制造修复,方便易损部位更换,可保证三机整体寿命。

The scraper conveyer is an important equipment in the fully mechanized mining system of coal mine.As a special connection section of the head and tail of the scraper conveyer,the line changing groove is mainly used to guide the shearer to change the horizontal angle and vertical elevation.Therefore,the structure of the line changing groove is one of the important factors of the service life of the scraper conveyer and the fully mechanized mining system.According to the analysis of the damaged parts in the actual use of the line changing groove,a new line changing groove structure was designed.The groove structure is easy to remanufacture and repair the underground groove body,convenient to replace the vulnerable parts,and can ensure the overall life of the three machines.
