摘要
着重分析了国内顺槽用可伸缩带式输送机机尾自移的技术现状、结构特点与工作原理。针对现有技术存在的问题,设计了一种新型顺槽用可伸缩带式输送机机尾自移装置。该装置结构简单,大大降低了设备重量与成本,应用电液控制技术可实现就地与远程控制。从而在用少的投入实现其功能方面提供了新的可行方案。
The technical status,structural characteristics and working principle of the tail self-moving of the telescopic belt conveyor used in the domestic trough were analyzed emphatically.Aiming at the problems existing in the existing technology,a new type of telescopic belt conveyor tail self-moving device used in the trough was designed.The device has a simple structure,greatly reduces the weight and cost of the equipment,and the application of electro-hydraulic control technology can realize local and remote control.Thus,it provides a new feasible scheme to realize its function with less investment.
