摘要
基于刮板输送机用液压马达紧链装置,设计并制造了一种智能紧链装置。该装置通过对马达的压力、流量、转速和摆动缸位置的监测,以及控制系统的逻辑运算,可自行完成齿轮的啮合、分离和对链条张紧力的判断。整个紧链过程可实现一键操作,在复杂的煤矿工作环境下,减少了人工操作,提高了生产安全性。
Based on the hydraulic motor tension chain device used on scraper conveyor,an intelligent tension chain device was designed and manufactured.Through the monitoring of motor pressure,flow,speed,swing cylinder position,and the logic operation of the control system,the device can complete the automatic meshing and separation of gears and the judgment of chain tension.The whole tension chain process can realize one key operation.In the complex coal mine working environment,the manual operation can be reduced,and the production safety can be improved.
