摘要 针对大倾角工作面拱形巷道存在的顶板不平、两帮高度较低、易垮落、易变形等问题,研制了一套新型端头液压支架。优化整体设备布局便于顺利推进。优化挡矸系统使防护系统与转载机进行有效结合,优化结构增强了其对拱形巷道的适应能力,有效解决了拱形巷道无法采用端头液压支架进行安全防护的技术难题,确保了煤矿安全生产。 In view of the problems of uneven roof,low height of two sides,easy to collapse and easy to deformation of arch roadway in large dip angle working face,a new set of end hydraulic support was developed.Optimized the overall equipment layout for smooth promotion.Optimized the gangue stopping system to effectively combine the protection system with the conveyor.The optimization of the structure enhances its adaptability to the arch roadway,effectively solves the technical problem that the arch roadway can not be protected by the end hydraulic support,and ensures the safety of coal mine production.
