摘要
借助有限元分析工具对原设计0.5 t不锈钢起重机桥架结构进行建模和仿真分析,认为原结构制造工艺较复杂、成本较高。提出优化方案及新的设计结构,对比优化前后桥架的主要力学性能参数,验证新方案的优越性,为其他轻量化不锈钢起重机桥架结构的设计和分析提供了一种有效的方法。
Using finite element analysis tools,the original design of 0.5 ton stainless steel crane bridge structure was modeled and simulated.It was considered that the original structure manufacturing process was more complicated and the cost was higher.Proposed optimization schemes and new design structures,and compared the main optimization mechanical performance parameters,verifyied the superiority of the new scheme.It provides an effective method for the design and analysis of other lightweight stainless steel crane bridge frame structures.
