摘要
分析了导致中部槽磨损及底板脱落的主要原因,并制定了中部槽焊接修复工艺流程。详细介绍了中部槽再制造技术和维修后的中部槽检验及评定结果等。通过应用中部槽再制造技术进行中部槽修复,提高了中部槽维修质量,延长了中部槽使用寿命。
Analyzed the main causes of the wear of middle slot and the falling off of bottom plate,and formulated the welding repair process flow of the middle slot.The remanufacture technology of the middle slot and the inspection and evaluation results of the middle slot after maintenance were introduced in detail.By applying the middle slot remanufacturing technology to repair middle slot,the maintenance quality of middle slot is improved and the service life of middle slot is prolonged.
