摘要
在自动钻机的使用中出现了许多共性问题,尤其是钻进机构。为保障钻机正常运行,对故障现象进行了分析,得出动力头滑块的过度磨损是产生故障的根本原因,从使用与维护方面提出了解决措施。
There are many common problems in the use of automatic drilling rig,especially in the drilling mechanism.In order to ensure the normal operation of drilling rig,the fault phenomenon was analyzed,found that the excessive wear of power head slider is the fundamental cause of the fault,and the solutions were put forward from the aspects of use and maintenance.
