摘要
汽车大型零部件采用自动化生产线冲压,而“停线时间”做为衡量冲压线生产效率的重要指标,要求占比极为苛刻。而停线主要原因是模具功能和设备两大方面产生的问题。而模具功能项中又以废料滑出不畅即“卡料”问题最为突出,它不仅影响模具使用的安全性,而且其周期重复性频发,造成不断停线,需人工清理堆积废料,消耗冲压时间。介绍了冲压生产中“卡料”问题的解决措施。
Large auto parts are stamped by automatic production line,and"off—line time"is an important index to measure the efficiency of stamping line.The main reason for the line stop is the die function and the equipment.And the"stucked"in the die is the most prominent problem of die function issues,it's not only affects the safety in production,but also its cycle repeated frequently,resulting in continuous stop line.Need to clean up the stocked scrap in the die manually with lot of labor hours.The measures to solve the problem of waste"stucked"in stamping production line are introduced.
