摘要
针对目前锻件热处理的一一对应过程控制方法的缺点,对锻件热处理过程控制进行了研究,研制了锻件热处理“取消(Eliminate)、合并(Combine)、重排(Rearrange)、简化(Simplify)和成组(Group)”的ECRSG过程控制新方法,并制定了一种具有直观化、可视化、透明化、精细化和成组化显著特点的“看板式”锻件热处理过程控制规范。最终结果表明:有效提升了锻造与热处理过程控制通用化、系列化和标准化水平,达到了快速反应、改善操作、确保质量、提高效率、消除浪费、降低成本和精细化管理等综合性效果。
The current forging heat treatment process control was studied,because of the shortcomings of the one-to-one process control method for forging heat treatment.A new ECRSG process control methods of“Eliminate,Combine,Rearrange Simplify and Group”for heat treatment of forgings was developed,and a control standard for the heat treatment process of“watch plate”forgings with obvious features of visualization,transparent,refinement and unitize was developed.The final results show that the level of generalization,serialization and standardization of forging and heat treatment process control of forgings is effectively improved,and the comprehensive effects of rapid response,operation improvement,quality assurance,efficiency improvement,waste elimination,reduce the cost and fine management are achieved.
