摘要
在“智能制造”背景下分析“工匠精神”的时代必要性及现实意义。总结了我国“工匠精神”的历史传承和时代内涵。通过浅析中职学校在学生“工匠精神”培养存在的问题,提出职业院校在学生“工匠精神”培养时的学校层面措施:学校“工匠精神”氛围营造;学生学业评价体系;企业“工匠精神”在课堂上的渗透;职业教育教师专业能力提升;以赛促教;思政课程融入“工匠精神”等。
This paper analyzes the necessity and practical significance of"craftsman spirit"under the background of"intelligent manufacturing".Summarize the historical inheritance and Era Connotation of China’s"craftsman spirit".By analyzing the problems existing in the cultivation of students"craftsman spirit in secondary vocational schools,this paper puts forward the school level measures in the cultivation of students'craftsman spirit in Vocational Colleges:the construction of school"craftsman spirit"atmosphere;Student academic evaluation system;The penetration of enterprise"craftsman spirit"in the classroom;Professional ability improvement of vocational education teachers;Promoting teaching through competition;Ideological and political courses integrate"craftsman spirit"and so on.
