在“智能制造”背景下分析“工匠精神”的时代必要性及现实意义。总结了我国“工匠精神”的历史传承和时代内涵。通过浅析中职学校在学生“工匠精神”培养存在的问题,提出职业院校在学生“工匠精神”培养时的学校层面措施:学校“工匠精神”氛围营造;学生学业评价体系;企业“工匠精神”在课堂上的渗透;职业教育教师专业能力提升;以赛促教;思政课程融入“工匠精神”等。
