乡村振兴战略下河南乡村产业发展问题及路径

Problems and Paths of Henan Rural Industry Development under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization

乡村产业振兴是推进乡村振兴的重要内容,关乎乡村地区的可持续发展。当前河南乡村地区有一定的产业基础,但是产业发展也面临着农业全产业链培育不足、三产融合不充分、同质化竞争和特色产业培育不足等问题。从基层推动河南乡村产业振兴的实践中可以看出,积极培育集体经济、依托产业基础和资源禀赋发展产业以及发挥好头羊效应等对于解决产业发展中的种种问题具有良好的路径指导意义。同时,加快集体经济培育、“三农”队伍建设以及土地综合整治、金融扶持、资本下乡等也有助于乡村地区解决产业发展受土地、人才、资本等要素约束问题。

The revitalization of rural industries is an important part of promoting rural revitalization,and it is related to the sustainable development of rural areas.At present,rural areas in Henan have a certain industrial foundation,but industrial development is also faced with problems such as insufficient cultivation of the entire agricultural industry chain,insufficient integration of the tertiary industries,homogeneous competition,and insufficient cultivation of characteristic industries.From the practice of promoting the revitalization of rural industries in Henan,it can be seen that actively cultivating the collective economy,relying on the industrial foundation and resource endowment to develop industries,and exerting a good head sheep effect have a good path guiding significance for solving various problems in industrial development.At the same time,accelerating the cultivation of collective economy,the construction of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"as well as comprehensive land consolidation,financial support,and capital to the countryside will also help rural areas solve the problem of industrial development being restricted by factors such as land,talents,and capital.
