摘要 智慧城市的建设重点已从信息化建设转向需求导向出发的技术应用场景建设。城市空间与智慧技术的相互作用贯穿于智慧城市规划建设的全过程。文章基于国内外案例筛选出对城市空间影响较大的智慧技术,从城市问题出发,构建典型智慧应用场景,关注空间与技术发展的协调和匹配,探索技术应用场景驱动下的智慧城市规划设计策略,为推动智慧城市从规划到落地提供规划思路和实施建议。 The construction focus of smart city has shifted from information construction to demand-oriented technology application scene construction. The interaction between urban space and intelligence technology exists throughout the whole process of smart city planning and construction. Based on domestic and foreign cases, this study selects the intelligent technologies that have great impact on urban space, constructs typical smart application scenarios based on urban problems, focuses on the coordination and matching of space and technology development, and explores the smart city planning and design strategies driven by technology application scenarios, in order to provide planning ideas and implementation suggestions for promoting smart city from planning to implementation.
