三线工业遗产的更新与改造策略探索——以昌化镇8300厂改造为例

Exploration on the Renewal and Transformation Strategy of the Third-tier Industrial Heritage——Taking the Transformation of the 8300 Factory in Changhua Town as an Example

三线工业作为我国特色的工业遗产具有重要的历史价值,是我国工业遗产中非常重要的组成部分[1]。文章以昌化镇8300厂为研究对象,通过分析研究其特有的历史价值与特征,从产业发展、建筑更新、景观改造及投资运营等方面,提出因地制宜的三线工业改造更新策略,并希望通过更新改造使8300厂带动周边乃至整个区域内的经济、文化、旅游的发展。

As a characteristic industrial heritage of China, the third-tier industry has important historical value and is a vital part of China’s industrial heritage[1]. Taking Changhua Town 8300 Factory as the research object, through analyzing its unique historical value and characteristics, this paper puts forward the strategy of the third-tier industrial transformation and renewal according to local conditions from the aspects of industrial development, architectural renewal, landscape transformation and investment operation. It is hoped that the 8300 Factory can drive the development of economy, culture and tourism around and even the whole region through renewal and transformation.
