摘要
城市闲置建设用地存在管理不当、经济效益低并与城市发展战略不匹配等问题,本文通过对城市闲置建设用地的再利用方法对比,分析苗木储备与建设用地临时复绿的综合效益,并以张家浜楔形绿地E2a-04,E2b-01地块为例,综合考虑集团需求、行业形势、专家咨询、效益分析等因素,提出建议采购清单,在此基础上进行方案设计并得到综合效益可行结论,期望对城市闲置建设用地的利用决策以新的启迪。
Problems such as improper management, low economic benefit and mismatching with development strategy exists in urban idle construction land. This paper compares the reuse methods of idle construction land and analyzes the comprehensive benefits of nursery stock reserve and temporary greening of construction land. Taking the E2 a-04 and E2 B-01 wedge-shaped green land plots of Zhangjiabang as examples, it put forward a suggested purchase list after comprehensively considering the group’s requirement, industry situation, expert consultation, benefit analysis and other factors. On this basis, the paper carries on the scheme design and obtains the comprehensive benefit feasible conclusion, expects to give new enlightenment to the urban idle construction land utilization decision.
