This paper analyzes the current situation of smart property construction and development under the background of digital economy and the problems existing in property enterprises, such as insufficient understanding of digital economy, insufficient accumulation of digital experience and technology, and existing information barriers. The paper explores the construction path of smart property under the background of digital economy: to improve the internal digital transformation of enterprises, strengthen the digital reform of external services, establish cooperation with enterprises in the value chain, attach importance to the cultivation of digital talents and build a standardized service system.
