新时代统一战线话语的建构

Discourse Construction for the United Front in the New Era

党的十八大以来,习近平总书记提出了一系列统一战线新理念、新观点、新论断,形成了独具中国特色的统一战线新话语。新时代统一战线话语生成有其特定的历史基础,依次为以“合”为中心的革命形态统一战线话语表达、以“稳”为中心的建设形态统一战线话语表达和以“大”为中心的改革形态统一战线话语表达等,统一战线话语的目标指向不断明确。但我们也必须清醒地认识到,新时代统一战线话语权建构方面仍存在一些不足,如部分统战话语主体统战意识薄弱、统战话语内容创新力度稍显不足、统战话语传播有效性有待提高等。新形势下,应从增强统战话语主体的统战意识、创新统战话语内容、提升统战话语传播效力、营造良好的统战话语环境四个方面进一步推进新时代统一战线话语权建构。

Since the Eighteenth Party Congress,general secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of new ideas,new viewpoints,and new statements of the United Front,and formed a new discourse of China's United Front with Chinese characteristics.The formation of United Front discourse in the new era has its specific historical basis,which is followed by the expression of revolutionary United Front discourse centered on“unity”,the expression of constructing United Front discourse centered on“stability”and the expression of reforming United Front discourse centered on“bigness”.The goal of United Front discourse is increasingly clearer.However,we must also clearly realize that there are still some deficiencies in the construction of the discourse power of the United Front in the new era,such as the weak United Front consciousness of some discourse subjects,the slight lack of innovation in the content,and that the effectiveness of the communication needs to be improved.Under the new situation,we should further promote the discourse power of the United Front in the new era from four aspects:enhancing the United Front consciousness of the subjects,innovating the content,improving the communication effectiveness,and creating a good discourse environment.
