中国共产党政治生态建设与社会生态建设的互动机制

Interactive Mechanism between the Political Ecological Construction and Social Ecological Construction of the Communist Party of China

立足于系统论的观察视角,中国共产党政治生态建设和社会生态建设是相伴共生的互动关系。党内法规与国家法律的协调度、政治主体与社会期望的契合度、政治结构运行与社会诉求的呼应度、政治文化与社会价值导向的融通度,是影响互动关系的基础性要素。中国共产党政治生态建设与社会生态建设互动机制现实进路的建议性思路为:以依托于制度保障的领导力,衔接社会治理的制度供给;以涵养于政治主体的感召力,对接社会期望的正向认同;以落实于政治结构端口的公信力,链接社会诉求的正当表达;以厚植于文化融通的向心力,承接社会价值观的健康导向。这些思路构成具有开放性和灵活度的方法系统,在运行磨合中随时进行与时俱进的系统更新,不断造就互动机制的向好态势。

Based on the perspective of systems theory,the interaction between political ecological construction and social ecological construction is reflected as co-existence.The degree of coordination between intraparty regulations and national laws,the degree of conformity between political subjects and social expectations,the degree of resonance between political structure operation and social demands,and the degree of integration between political culture and social value orientation are the basic elements that affect the interactive relationship.The suggestions for a realistic approach to an interactive mechanism include providing institutional support to leadership,connecting positive recognition of social expectation to the appeal of the political subject,linking legitimate expression of social demands with the credibility of various of“ports”of the political structure,and undertaking an healthy orientation of social values.The above ideas constitute an open and flexible methodological system,which can be updated with the times in order to constantly create a positive trend of interactive mechanism.
