差旅费信息化管理探索

摘要 随着新修订的《军队差旅费管理暂行规定》的施行,差旅费保障范围、标准得到进一步扩大和提升,作为军队财务经费中的经常性支出项目,经费数额将进一步增加。为解决以往差旅费管理中存在的业务管理效率不够高、出差审批把关不够严、经济活动事项不够真、统筹利用资源不够好、资金节约意识不够强、报销程序履行不够严等问题,基于信息化管理策略,探索规范新形势下的差旅费管理手段,以适应现代后勤建设与发展要求,提升办公效率和经费的使用效益。 With the implementation of the newly revised"Interim provisions on the management of military travel expenses"approved by the Central Military Commission,the scope and standard of travel expenses is facing further expansion and improvements.As a recurrent expenditure item in the military financial funds,the amount of funds will also be increased.To solve various problems existing in the past travel expenses management,such as loosened control,inadequate examination or approval procedures,false claim,insufficient utilization of resources,lack of a sense of fund saving,and imprecise procedure of reimbursement,this paper intends to explore measures of travel expenses management under new situation in light of informationization,so as to adapt to the requirements of modern logistics and to improve the efficiency of office work and the use of funds.
