理念与路径——教员积极教研的实现

摘要 教员职业特点是积极因素和消极因素并存的,应借鉴积极心理学理论,着力构建让教员能够积极投身教研的理念与路径。积极教研的重要维度主要包括主动的教研状态、正性的教研体验和完善的教研环境。实现路径应为,立足内在需求,激发原动力;加强信仰引领,增进价值感;培育民主制度,保护创造力;注重研讨交流,加强合作性。在积极教研的唤醒与激励中,教员可以砥砺思想,发展自我,实现价值,体会当下的“快乐”和实现持久的“幸福”。 Positive and negative factors coexist in the teaching process.Concepts and approaches of positive teaching and research should be established through utilizing the theories of positive psycho-logy.Positive teaching and research is embodied in the following dimensions as:active practice,positive experience,innovative products and satisfactory atmosphere.The approaches of its establishment are as follows:focusing on the inner pursuit to attain motivation,enhancing faith guidance to improve the sense of achievement,setting up democratic system to sustain creativity as well as emphasizing academic exchanges to promote cooperation.Enlightened by the positive teaching and research,tea-chers will attain their self-fulfillment and achieve mental happiness.
