双季铵型酸液稠化剂的合成及性能 被引量:2

摘要 以三乙胺、1,4-二溴丁烷及二甲基氨基丙基丙烯酰胺为原料,分别在丙酮、乙腈溶剂中,通过两步季铵化反应,制备了一种双季铵阳离子单体(TDD),并以TDD、丙烯酰胺(AM)及2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体,通过自由基水溶液聚合方法,合成了一种含双季铵阳离子单体的新型稠化剂(PAT),用红外光谱、核磁氢谱及扫描电镜对其进行了结构表征。与稠化剂PAS(AM、AMPS共聚)对比,进行了性能评价实验。结果表明,PAT的酸溶时间约为100 min,优于PAS的酸溶时间(120 min);PAT稠化酸在90℃下的黏度保留率为64.7%,在1 024 s^(-1)下的黏度保留率为59.6%,均优于PAS稠化酸。PAT具有较好的增黏、耐盐及缓速性能,配伍性良好。双季铵阳离子单体的引入,能够有效改善聚合物在酸液中的性能。 Triethylamine, 1,4-dibromobutane(C;H;Br;) and N,N-dimethylaminopropyl acrylamide(DMAPAS) were selected to synthetize a double quaternary ammonium cationic monomer(TDD).A terpolymer(PAT) was synthesized with TDD,acrylamide(AM) and 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propanesulfonic acid(AMPS) were used as monomers by free radical aqueous polymerization, which was characterized by FTIR,;H NMR spectra and SEM.The performance evaluation of PAT was acrried out compared to PAS(AM,AMPS).The results showed the acid dissolution time of PAT is about 100 min, which is better than PAS(120 min);the viscosity retention rate of PAT thickened acid at 90 ℃ is 64.7%,and the viscosity retention rate under 1 024 s^(-1)is 59.6%,which is better than PAS.PAT has good viscosity-increasing, salt tolerance and retarding properties, and the thickened acid has good compatibility.The double quaternary ammonium cationic monomer(TDD) can significantly improve the copolymer’s performance in acid solution.
