摘要
基于甲壳素的热重分析结果,研究不同浸渍比的氯化镁(MgCl_(2))催化作用下甲壳素的热解特性。采用Coats-Redfern积分法拟合快速热解阶段的动力学参数,探究了甲壳素在热解时活化能的变化情况。结果表明,在不同浸渍比的MgCl_(2)催化作用下,甲壳素的热重曲线明显向低温区移动,热解活化能显著降低。动力学表观参数表明,无论反应级数为多大,数据拟合效果均较好,说明该热解反应是一个复杂的化学反应。
Based on the results of the thermos-gravimetric(TG) analysis of chitin, the effect of different impregnation ratios on the pyrolysis characteristics of chitin with the catalysis of magnesium chloride was studied.The Coats-Redfern integration method was used to fit the kinetic parameters of the rapid pyrolysis stage, and the changes in the activation energy of chitin during pyrolysis were explored.The results showed that the catalysis of magnesium chloride with different impregnation ratios, the TG curve of chitin obviously shifts to the low temperature area, and the pyrolysis activation energy is significantly reduces.The calculating results of apparent kinetic parameters showed the pyrolysis reaction of chitin with MgCl_(2) is a complex chemical reaction.
