摘要
综述了以单金属铁或复合金属铁为活性中心,以三种典型的多孔材料碳基材料、沸石、金属有机骨架材料为载体的催化剂的实验研究。对Fe负载后的SCR催化性能进行了分析,催化剂主要存在抗硫抗水性能弱和金属有机骨架材料高温稳定性差等问题。可以采用前驱体处理,复合其他金属等方法进行改进,改善铁基多孔材料催化剂的催化性能。
The experiment research of SCR catalysts with monometallic iron or polymetal as the active centers and three typical porous materials such as carbon-based materials, zeolite and metal-organic frameworks materials as the carriers is reviewed.The catalytic performance of SCR after Fe loading was analyzed, and the main problems were weak sulfur and water resistance and poor high-temperature stability of metal-organic frameworks materials.The catalytic performance of the ferri-based multi-pore material catalys can be improved by treating the precursor and compounding other metals to them.
