耦合AHP-模糊综合评价的垃圾焚烧炉吹灰策略研究

摘要 针对垃圾焚烧发电厂中的积灰问题,为实现高效合理吹灰,提高发电效率,分析计算了垃圾焚烧炉过热器吹灰经济性。基于计算吹灰成本收益,耦合层次分析法和模糊控制理论,建立了一个以吹灰成本收益为输入,启动吹灰迫切程度为输出的多层模糊综合评判模型,并以广州市某日处理量450 t的垃圾焚烧发电厂的数据为例,验证了评价结果的准确性。结果表明,运用该吹灰策略可以实现较好的优化效果,可以有效提高垃圾焚烧发电厂的发电效率,为确立切实可行的垃圾焚烧炉智能吹灰系统提供重要参考。 Aiming at the trouble of ash accumulation in waste incinerations, in order to achieve efficient and reasonable soot blowing and improve power generation efficiency, the cost and benefits of soot blowing from the superheater of the waste incinerators were analyzed and calculated.Based on the cost and benefit result, by coupling with analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy control theory, a multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model with soot blowing cost and benefit as input and urgency of starting soot blowing as output was established.Furthermore, the accuracy of the evaluation results were testified by using the data of waste incineration power plant in Guangzhou with a daily processing capacity of 450 t.The results shown that the application of this soot blowing strategy can achieve better optimization results and effectively improved the generation efficiency of waste incineration.Finally laid the foundation for the establishment of a practical and feasible intelligent soot blowing system for waste incinerators.
