摘要
采用树脂胶结非均质岩心开展堵调驱组合提高采收率实验研究。结果表明:聚合物凝胶+微球+表面活性剂的“堵+调+驱”组合段塞注入方式相比单一段塞注入效果更好,采出程度比水驱提高34.78%。该技术可协同发挥聚合物凝胶封堵水窜通道,调整吸水剖面,微球深部液流转向,表面活性剂提高驱油效率的作用,从而大幅提高采收率。B油田现场试验降水增油效果明显,井组最大日降水9.6%,最大日增油127 m^(3)。
An experimental study on enhanced oil recovery by profile control and driving combination was carried out with resin cemented heterogeneous cores.The results show that the plugging+adjusting+flooding combined slug injection method of polymer gel+microsphere+surfactant has better effect than single slug injection,and the recovery rate can be increased by 34.78%compared with that of water flooding.The technology can play a key role in blocking the water channeling channels by polymer gels,adjusting the injection profile,changing the deep liquid flow of the microsphere,improving the oil displacement efficiency by surfactant,thereby greatly improving oil recovery.The obvious effect of precipitation and oil increase were observed in the field test of B oilfield,the maximum daily precipitation of the well group was 9.6%,and the maximum daily oil increase was 127 m^(3),which is of great significance to the development of profile control and drive technology in offshore oilfield.
