摘要
为提高滑溜水的携砂性能,以苯乙烯为单体,采用悬浮聚合合成了粒径范围在40~120目、视密度为1.031 g/cm^(3)、69 MPa下破碎率为3.01%的超低密度支撑剂。考察了单体浓度、分散剂用量等对支撑剂粒径的影响和反应温度、交联剂加量等对支撑剂强度的影响。确定了低密度支撑剂的适宜制备条件为:单体质量分数为40%,二乙烯基苯质量分数为5%,聚乙烯醇1788质量分数为0.04%,过氧化苯甲酰质量分数为0.8%,搅拌强度120 r/min,80℃反应1 h,90℃反应2 h。采用红外光谱确证了低密度支撑剂结构,热重分析显示其玻璃化温度为125℃,分解温度为370℃。
In order to improve the sand-carrying performance of slippery water during fracturing,using styrene as the monomer,an ultra-light density proppants with particle size ranging from 40-120 meshes,apparent density of 1.031 g/cm,and crushing rate of 3.01%at 69 MPa was synthesized by suspension polymerization.The effects of monomer concentration,initiator dosage,stirring rate,dispersant dosage on the particle size of proppant and the effects of reaction temperature and crosslinker dosage on the strength of proppant were investigated.The optimal preparation conditions for low-density proppants were determined as follows:monomer concentration was 40%,the dosage of divinylbenzene(mass fraction)was 5%,the dosage of polyvinyl alcohol 1788(mass fraction)was 0.04%,the dosage of benzoyl peroxide(mass fraction)was 0.8%,the stirring intensity was 120 r/min,the reaciton was 1 h at 80℃,and 2 h at 90℃.The successful preparation of low-density proppant was proved by infrared spectroscopy,and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC-TG)showed that its glass transition temperature was 125℃and its decomposition temperature was 370℃.
